Radcliffe Area Churches
If there was one custom that the Norwegiian immigrants brought from their homeland, it was their religious beliefs. They came from a country that had a nationally ordained religion, Lutheran. Norway had been a Lutheran country, virtually since Martin Luther founded the church.
Bethany Lutheran Church - Lincoln Township, Hamilton County
Salem Lutheran Church - located 1 mile south of Radcliffe. In 1886 construction began.
Our Savior's Lutheran Church - Radcliffe, Iowa.
Zion Lutheran Church - Six miles south of Radcliffe and was organized February 2, 1882.
Stavanger Lutheran Church - Concord township, Hardin County and was organized in 1889.
